The public are invited to talk with our panelists, on the subject of Singapores' Judiciary & Justice / Injustice. Topics includes the cases of abusing Institude of Mental Health as political prison; Judiciary problems of Singapore; Dealth Penalty; Execution & Presidential Clemency etc.
Members of the public are encourage to attend this forum, and exchange their views openly.

The family of Shanmugam Murugesu, a condemn on death role, plea to the public to sign a petitition to President Nathan, for clemency to spare Shanmugam from execution. Shanmugam won sport award for Singapore's honor, has old parents and 2 teenage sons. He served SAF for 8 years with good record. (I have yet to see why that warrents a petition)

Mr. Boon Suan Ban, a stock remisier from Hwang-DBS Group, was sentenced to be detained in Institude of Mental Health until it pleases the president, as a result of his financial disputes (which Mr Boon claims) involving Chief Justice Yong Pung How.

Mr. Robert Ho, had been detained in Institude of Mental Health repeatitively. Robert is a writer and internet activist, who whistle-blowed about Polling Fraud & Vote Rigging during General Election 1997, at hot contested ChengSan GRC. Robert's detaintion does not seem to have legal basis. His computer had been repeatedly taken away by police. (No comments and honestly don't know)
